Good evening. I want to know if I can cancel the transaction made for the Wyre site because I did not know that my bitcoin balance would be placed on your site, which I can not seem to move. I want to redeem my transferred balance and your site looks like it has a quota for it. I did not know this detail. I want to transfer the balance to my account in Brazil or in my bitcoin wallet from another company. The TangoCard did not explain how such a transaction would be made. I thought the balance would be sent by Snapcard, which seems to be easier to use. Nothing against the Wyre company, but I do not know how to tinker with this site and I need my bitcoins or the cash value of them urgently.
