At first glance, crazy cattle 3d looks like one of those goofy mobile games you open for five minutes while waiting in line for coffee. The graphics are bright and cartoony, the cows look like they escaped from a low-budget animation, and the controls seem laughably easy. But the moment I started herding, everything went downhill — or uphill, depending on how you see it.

These cows are unhinged. They sprint, they bump into each other, they jump off fences like parkour pros. My job? Keep them in line. Sounds easy, right? Wrong. It’s pure chaos disguised as a casual game. One second you think you’ve got control, the next your entire herd is stampeding off a cliff.

And yet, that chaos is what makes it fun. It’s like someone took the concept of Flappy Bird and replaced the bird with a bunch of cows on a sugar rush.
