What direction do you think brain-computer interfaces will take in the near future?
last month by Louisa Milton
I’ve been reading more about brain-computer interfaces lately and it honestly feels like something straight out of science fiction becoming real. The idea that our thoughts could directly interact with machines is both exciting and a little intimidating. On one hand, it could revolutionize healthcare, communication, and creativity. On the other, it raises so many questions about privacy, control, and even identity. I’m curious what others think—do you see this technology mainly helping people with medical needs first, or do you think it will quickly spill over into everyday life, like work, gaming, or even social interactions?
