Key to success

A key to success is to build good habits and get rid of bad ones. It is difficult to stick to the routines. I have tried to make a list for each year, but I can hardly achieve my goals. I believe we should start with small steps.
For example: I want to be healthier. I need to exercise at least three days a week and eat healthy meals. But I enjoy fast food.
I plan to start eating healthy food. I will gradually reduce my fast food intake bitlife.
I will walk around my room two times a week to start.
Do you have any advice?
