What's so interesting about the Geometry Dash challenge?

Geometry Dash's gameplay centers on managing a square block to travel constantly over challenges in time with reference to the background music. Just one touch to leap and avoid obstacles defines the incredibly basic gameplay. The challenge of the game, though, comes from the fast pace of the stages, which demand players to have quite exceptional reflexes. Every level contains background music that lets players estimate when to leap over challenges. Just one touch; yet, success depends on time and correctness. Along with square blocks, players can operate robots, rolling balls, aircraft, spiders,... each having an independent physical mechanism.

The difficulty and sense of conquest Geometry Dash offers is what draws people in. The game stresses only the gameplay and the possibility to practice the player's skills, without a specific plot.

Geometry Dash features several levels ranging from simple to rather challenging. Some famous levels like "Clubstep," "Electrodynamix," or "Deadlocked" are quite challenging and call for advanced ability.
Players can design their own levels, distribute them to the community, or challenge those developed by others using customizing and ingenuity. Geometry Dash's longevity is much enhanced by this strong feature.
