'Just in case' Munich consider 'EPL sensation' as potential new coach for Kim Min-jae.

Bayern Munich are ready with an alternative to Xabi Alonso.

"The Bavarians are also considering Robert De Gea," Sky Sports reported on April 28 (ET).

The Bavarians recently announced that Thomas Tuchel's time with the club will end after this season. Tuchel, who is under contract with the Bavarians until the summer of 2025, has decided to leave the club after this season by mutual consent.

As soon as the news broke that Tuchel was leaving the club, there was no shortage of interest in the position of Bayern's next manager. Some of the biggest names in Europe, such as Xabi Alonso and Zinedine Zidane, have been mentioned, along with a few surprises, including Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Joachim Löw.

One name has been added to that list. Dzekerbi, who leads English Premier League (EPL) sensation Brighton.

Dezerbi started his coaching career in Serie A, managing Palermo, Benevento, and Sassuolo, where he was loved for his attacking style of play. He then went on to manage Shakhtar Donetsk before being approached by Brighton to take over from Graham Potter in the EPL.

At Brighton, Dzervi's tactical skills have certainly won over the fans. With him, the Seagulls finished last season in sixth place and qualified for the club's first European 토토사이트 competition. This season, the Seagulls are in seventh place and are chasing the likes of Manchester United and Tottenham to qualify for Europe for the second year in a row.

According to Sky Sports, "Degerbi is another name Bayern are considering. Bayern have unanimously backed Leverkusen's Xabi Alonso as their top target. However, with Alonso attracting interest from Liverpool, other names are being discussed in case they need to find an alternative. 'Degerbi is one of those names,' he explained.

If he were to replace Alonso at Bayern, it would mark a remarkable career turnaround from the Ukrainian national team to one of Europe's top clubs in just two seasons.

Meanwhile, Degerbi is not the only big club interested in his services. In September of last year, it was reported that Real Madrid had put his name on the list to succeed Carlo Ancelotti, and there have been speculations that he could fill the vacancy left by Xavi Hernandez, who recently announced his departure from Barcelona.

Even if Bayern were to give up on Alonso and turn their attention to Degerbi, it would not be a smooth transition.
